It does so for public administrations (police, justice, regional council), which sign cooperation agreements with countries falling within Inalco's area of competence and interest (Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, Central Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, Africa, Maghreb, Middle East).

In this case, the Continuing Education Department coordinates the drafting of an expert report on subjects requested by the customer: general study of the area; inventory of a given country or area in the health, education, transport sectors; description of the institutions of this country or area as well as their functioning, etc.

The expert report guides and advises the customer in his choice of cooperation.
