Enroll in Language Passport O' / Minor

Language Passport O' registration

• If you are registering for the first time at Inalco, you must send the application form below, completed and accompanied by the requested supporting documents, to inscriptions@inalco.fr from July 1 to September 8, 2024. During the summer closure from July 25 to August 21, applications are not possible.
• If you are already or have been a student at Inalco, please send an email to inscriptions@inalco.fr mentioning your last name, first name, student number and desired passport so that we can send you a payment link.
• If you wish to re-register for the Passeport Langues O' from the same geographical area or change geographical area, please contact inscriptions@inalco.fr indicating your student number, the geographical area of the Passport, and if there is a change of address or telephone number to be entered.

Then you will receive a Payboxmail in order to pay the tuition fees. Online payment is secure.

Language Passport O' educational enrolments

Once the administrative registration has been completed (registration form and payment of tuition fees), the pedagogical registration (choice of courses) is subject to the number of places available. Registration dates to come.

To this end, you will need to send an email to pedagogical secretariat of the language studied.

This email MUST include the following information:

• Your student number
• Your name
• The language studied
• The codes of the 1st and 2nd semester subjects you wish to take (between 1 and 8 courses over the year)

Minor registration (parallel registration)

If you are a student in initial training at another higher education institution (bachelor's, master's, doctorate) and would like to enroll in a minor at Inalco, you must send the file below, completed and accompanied by the requested supporting documents, to inscriptions@inalco.fr
During the summer closure from July 25 to August 21, applications are not possible.
To enroll in the minor for the second semester 2024/2025, you must send this same file to inscriptions@inalco.fr by January 8 to 17, 2025 (deadline).

Once we have received your file, we will proceed with your enrollment and you will receive a secure payment link.

All enrollments are subject to capacity constraints and the authorization of the pedagogical commissions.

Registration for Bachelor's degree minors

Pedagogical registration dates to come.

To proceed with your pedagogical registration in the Bachelor's minor, please send an email to pedagogical secretariat of the language studied.

This email MUST include the following information:

• Your student number
• Your name
• The language studied
• The codes of the 1st and 2nd semester subjects you wish to take (between 1 and 4 courses over the year, except in the case of certain conventions)

Registration for Master's degree courses

To proceed with your pedagogical registration in a Master's minor, please complete and send the IP form below to the Master's office (bureau-master@inalco.fr).
