Introducing SIO-IP

Located on the 2nd floor of the Pôle des langues et civilisations (PLC), the SIO-IP information, orientation and professional integration service is organized around 3 main missions: information and orientation, professional integration support, and the management of internship agreements, as well as the distribution and reception of internship and job offers.

Individual appointments and group workshops are organized throughout the year (help with building a professional project, help with writing CVs and cover letters, coaching for preparing for recruitment interviews, remobilizing students...).

Staffing hours are held throughout the week, in the 2nd floor reception hall, to create a regular link with all students.

Events such as the new student welcome day, the Open Day and, of course, professional forums are highlights of the year for the SIO-IP. Finally, speed meetings, organized on request with Inalco graduates, help to network current students with professionals.

The aims of this service are:

  • Informing and orienting students
  • Accompanying as many students as possible in their career orientation and plans
  • Creating stronger links with the professional world, in particular with the alumni network. To join please click here. For any questions, contact alumni@inalco.fr

The individual appointments take place on Tuesday with the service team and on Thursday with the psychologue de l'éducation nationale (PsyEN) in person.

  • For Inalco students, appointments can be made via JobTeaser's Inalco Career Center, in the "Appointments" section. To access it, simply activate your account with your Inalco login and password.
  • For people outside Inalco, simply send an e-mail to sioip@inalco.fr, indicating your surname, first name, telephone number, the purpose of the appointment and your availability.
