Diploma collection

You have obtained a diploma at Inalco: Licence, Master, diplôme d'initiation, diplôme intensif, DLC, DL, DC. You can collect your diploma from office 3.47 without an appointment from Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 4.30pm, or give a proxy to a third party, or ask for it to be sent by post.
In the case of postal delivery, please do not affix the registered mail slip to the envelope.
We recommend that you send an e-mail to diplome@inalco.fr before you leave.

The diplomas division does not issue transcripts. To request a transcript, please contact the pedagogical secretariat of the relevant course.

The 2025/2026 diplomas will be available from November 2026, an email will be sent to you by the diplomas office.

To obtain a certificate of achievement, send an email to View e-mail specifying your student number, first and last name.

On-site pick-up without appointment

  • In person: please send an email to View e-mail, we will give you an appointment. We will confirm the availability of your diploma. You will need to bring proof of identity in order to collect your diploma.

  • Through a third party:The person you mandate will need to have made contact with View e-mail.

    You will have first e-mailed to View e-mail the document below, together with the requested supporting documents.

Mail order withdrawal

Send the completed and signed diploma withdrawal request with the requested documents to:

This should be accompanied by:

  • The copy of a double-sided ID

If you live abroad, please send your request by email to View e-mail with:

  • Your exact contact details: postal address, e-mail
  • The diploma withdrawal request form, duly completed and signed
  • The copy of your identity document

Request for diploma reissue

In the event of loss, theft or destruction, a duplicate diploma may be requested. It must be justified.

Please note: the mention "duplicata" will appear on the diploma.

In the event of a change in marital status, a diploma reissue may be requested upon justification.
