Research Data Week 2025

Research Data Week is a program organized as part of the "CoDataSorb" project, Sorbonne Alliance's support program for research data management. The aim of the events is to raise awareness of research data management in the humanities and social sciences, and to provide support for lecturers, researchers and doctoral students.

This third edition is jointly organized by the Service Commun de la Documentation (SCD) of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, the Direction des Bibliothèques Universitaires (DBU) and the Direction de la Recherche, de la Valorisation et des Études Doctorales (DiRVED) of Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. It focuses on the various local support initiatives around the production, processing, sharing and reuse of data.

The week's events (round table, themed conferences, feedback, workshops, games) are part of a drive to raise awareness and support teachers-researchers, researchers and PhD students in the management of research data in the human and social sciences.

Research Data Week will be held alternately at the Maison de la Recherche of Université Sorbonne Nouvelle (4, rue des Irlandais) and at the Centre Panthéon (12, place du Panthéon).

L'Atelier de co-création de la donnée de la Sorbonne or "CoDataSorb" is a scheme to support research data management through shared awareness-raising, training and support for research units and members of Paris 1, Sorbonne Nouvelle, ESCP Business School and Inalco, members of Sorbonne Alliance.
