Bookplate engraving workshop
Workshop organized by the SEAC (Service de l'événementiel et de l'action culturelle).
During this workshop led by Lucie Trachet, students will discover the technique of gum engraving and make an Ex-libris stamp to affix to their books. The motifs created are up to the students, with the graphic references presented serving as inspiration.
The workshop will begin with a presentation of graphic creations as well as an overview of engraving techniques and visual and cultural references that can serve as inspiration.
All the necessary materials are available on site, beginners and budding artists welcome.
