Opening of a documentation area dedicated to student guidance

The SIO-IP (Service d'information, d'orientation et d'insertion professionnelle - Information, orientation and professional integration service) has opened its documentation area at the reception and information point on the 2nd floor of the Pôle des langues et civilisations. It gives students access to a wide range of free CIDJ resources to help them think about their careers and build their future.

This space offers access to IJBOX, an online toolbox from the Centre d'Information Documentation Jeunesse (CIDJ) for 360° orientation: videos, tutorials, info packs, orientation module, quiz....

With IJBOX, you can get information on the following topics:

  • discover careers, get your bearings
  • search for a school, a training course
  • find an internship, a job, a sandwich course
  • go abroad, find out about your rights

To complete this platform, you can also consult Actuel CIDJ, a practical encyclopedia presented in 20 binders and 340 thematic folders.
These two tools bring together all the information you need to build your career plan and find your place in the world of work.

To access the documentation area, you can register on site and choose your slot on the dedicated board, indicating your surname, first name, student number and course of study. The SIO-IP team will be on hand to help you with your research.

  • Monday 2pm to 5pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9:30am to 12:30pm then 2pm to 5:30pm
