The Oriental languages contact kit: Indonesian

This MOOC offers you an oral and written introduction to the Indonesian language based around essential tasks: introducing yourself, finding accommodation, eating out, making a purchase, getting around, traveling.

Very short practical dialogues will enable you to acquire the words, expressions and automatisms needed for your everyday exchanges. The dialogues will be accompanied by grammar points and basic vocabulary. Exercises will enable you to check your knowledge and progress.

Cultural elements will accompany you to familiarize yourself with the country.

Format

This MOOC lasts 5 weeks. The daily work program is organized into five parts:

  • dialogues
  • educational grammar videos
  • written exercises
  • a lexicon
  • an exchange forum.

Assessment and Certification

Daily exercises and weekly self-corrected tests will enable you to check your learning.
Success of 60% in graded exercises will earn you a free OpenBadge attesting to your attendance and learning.
