This one-day event covers an extremely wide-ranging topic: relations between human and non-human groups in East Asia, from the Neolithic to the 19th century. It is open to all disciplines in the Human Sciences, such as History, Archaeology, Archaeozoology, Anthropology, etc.

The interest of such a broad approach is to encourage dialogue between researchers, not only across different geographical regions, but also across themes, historical periods and disciplines. In this way, we hope to promote original, multidisciplinary exchanges that can facilitate the development of a comprehensive vision of interactions between human and non-human groups, and their consequences for culture, history and the environment.

Study day organized by Simonetta Clio (CRCAO) and Akiyo Kubo (Ifrae).
