The ANR Eurasemploi research project conducted fieldwork in China, France, and Japan, to get as close as possible to the working-class condition during periods of high growth by means of interviews and work on archives and social surveys. To disseminate the results of its research, the project has produced a number of publications, which will be presented, but has also had recourse to alternative writing in the social sciences.

It has produced an online exhibition "Workers' Experiences: Lives, Bodies and Struggles" (available at https://experiencesouvrieres.phl-lab.uliege.be) and the play "Petites mains" produced with the Compagnie Si et seulement si. The stakes of academic publications and alternative writing are not completely identical, however, and the question of the perimeter of scientificity in the valorization of research arises.
