Enroll in the O' Language Passport / Minor

Registration for O' Language Passport

Before taking any steps, please review the Passeport Langues O’ overview on this page. Some courses are not available through the Passeport Langues O’ program.

Please note: This year, the administrative registration process for the Passeport Langues O’ program has changed. It is now entirely online (there is no longer a PDF form to fill out and return).

Whether you were already enrolled last year or are enrolling for the first time this year, you must follow these three steps.

1. Pre-registration by completing the online form below

From July 15 through September 15, 2026 (deadline), please complete the form.
Link to the form will be provided soon.

You will need to fill out the following fields:

• Title (F or M)
• Last name at birth
• First Name
• Date of Birth
• INE No. (optional)
• Contact email address
• Geographic area of the selected Passport (if you wish to track multiple Passports, you will need to fill out the form a second time)

2. Registration and Payment

If your pre-registration includes all the necessary information, you will receive, within at least 5 business days, an email from inscriptions@inalco.fr containing the information needed to complete your online registration and make your online payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Inalco’s summer closure, registration will be suspended from Friday, July 24, through Wednesday, August 19, 2026, starting at 2:00 p.m. Please do not follow up on your application during this time.

3. Course Registration for the O’ Language Passport

Once administrative registration is complete, course registration (course selection) is subject to the number of available spots. Dates for course registration will be announced soon.

To this end, you must send an email to the academic office for the language you are studying. This email MUST include the following information:

• your student ID number
• your last name at birth
• your first name
• the language you are studying
• the course codes for the 1st and 2nd semesters that you wish to take (between 1 and 8 courses over the year)

Language Passport O' educational enrolments

Once the administrative registration has been completed (registration form and payment of tuition fees), the pedagogical registration (choice of courses) is subject to the number of places available. Registration dates to come.

To this end, you will need to send an email to pedagogical secretariat of the language studied.

This email MUST include the following information:

• Your student number
• Your name
• The language studied
• The codes of the 1st and 2nd semester subjects you wish to take (between 1 and 8 courses over the year)

Minor registration (parallel registration)

If you are a student in initial training at another higher education institution (bachelor's, master's, doctorate) and would like to enroll in a minor at Inalco, you must send the file below, completed and accompanied by the requested supporting documents, to inscriptions@inalco.fr until September 15, 2025 (last deadline).
During the summer closure from July 25 to August 21, applications are not possible.
To enroll in the minor for the second semester 2025/2026, you must send this same file to inscriptions@inalco.fr from January 5 to January 16, 2026 (last deadline)

Once we have received your file, we will proceed with your enrollment and you will receive a secure payment link.

All enrollments are subject to capacity constraints and the authorization of the pedagogical commissions.

Registration for Bachelor's degree minors

Pedagogical registration dates to come.

To proceed with your pedagogical registration in the Licence minor, please send an email to pedagogical secretariat of the language studied.

This email MUST include the following information:

• Your student number
• Your name
• The language studied
• The codes of the 1st and 2nd semester subjects you wish to take (between 1 and 4 courses over the year, except in the case of certain conventions)

Registration for Master's degree courses

To proceed with your pedagogical registration for a Master's minor, please complete and send the IP form below to the Master's office (View e-mail).
