As a specialist in public law, the European Union and international relations, he examines contemporary transformations of the State and its institutions. His research focuses in particular on the articulation between the national, European and international legal orders, as well as on the tensions running through democracies today. Through his eyes as a jurist and researcher, Beligh Nabli will invite us to reflect on the foundations and fragilities of the rule of law in a context marked by political crises, geopolitical recompositions and the challenges of democratic governance
