PLIDAM partnerships
Positioned in the context of language diffusion, learning and teaching, the Pluralité des Langues et des Identités : Didactique - Acquisition - Médiations (PLIDAM) team aims to be situated in the field of finalized research: study of language acquisition processes, teacher/learner relationships, impact of new technologies on knowledge transmission, design of new diplomas, production of teaching tools.
Within the institution, PLIDAM builds synergies with all Inalco laboratories.
Prolonging the already active contacts with EA 2288 DILTEC, University of Paris 3, PLIDAM develops cooperations, with French teams working on the plurilingual dimension of language and culture teaching/learning: PRAXILING UMR 5267 / Université Paul Valéry Montpellier 3 ; Laboratoire Langages, Interactions Culturelles, Identités et Apprentissages (LICIA), Université catholique de l'Ouest ; CoDiRe - EA 4643 - Université de Nantes, l'EA 4246, PREFics-Dynadiv, UMR 8173 China, Korea, Japan.
Finally, the team has a high international profile thanks to the network of around 200 researchers in world languages and cultures who have been associated with the realization of our events, in particular: the international colloquium "Politique et idéologie en didactique des langues / Policy and ideology in language teaching" (June 2014) and the 3rd International Doctoral Seminar "Appropriation et transmission des langues et des cultures du monde: mise en réseaux de recherches émergentes" and the completion of an international editorial research project Le Précis du plurilinguisme et du pluriculturalisme, currently being translated into Chinese.
