A comic book about Štefánik at the heart of a European educational project

This eighteen-month project involves the translation into French and English, followed by the publication, of a comic book dedicated to Milan Rastislav Štefánik, a major figure in Czechoslovak history, politician, scientist and aviator who served in the French army during the First World War.

The partners will use this comic book to develop educational materials for teaching languages, history and the values of the European Union. These tools will be tested in several middle and high schools, integrated into history and foreign language courses. The project is expected to be rolled out in four countries: France, Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Poland.

All of the resources produced will be freely available on the project website to encourage their widespread dissemination and reuse.
