Soundscape workshop
What are your soundscapes? What sounds do you hear, what sounds don't you hear? How do they organize, transform and interact?
In ສຽງຂອງຍ່າ (My Grandmother's Voice), Vanasay Khamphommala strives to reconstruct the soundscapes experienced by her grandmother, who died in the mountains of Laos in the 1940s. She invites you to follow her creative process to create shared soundscapes using small instruments, and to question our common and singular acoustic cultures.
