Who votes?

Students enrolled in a degree course offered by that department are eligible to vote and be elected to the college of student representatives on the department council.

Students enrolled in two departments may vote in each of their departments of enrollment.

Students enrolled in the 2nd and 3rd year of a bachelor's degree in a course of study attached to the Métiers de l'international department or the Métiers des langues, de la communication et de l'interculturel department vote twice, once to elect their representative on the council of the department to which their course of study is attached, and again in the language and areal training department on which the oriental language they are studying depends.

Students enrolled in master's programs vote twice, once to elect their representative to the Council of the language and areal training department to which the oriental language they are studying is attached, and again to elect their representative to the Council of master's programs.

Students enrolled in master's programs in the "Métiers de l'international" department (CI and RI) do not vote in their language department but only for their stream within the métiers de l'international department.

How will the elections be held?

The elections will be held over the Internet (electronic voting). Those concerned will receive, via their personal e-mail, an identifier and a link to create a password, as well as the link to the site where the vote will take place.

The electoral lists will be posted in the hall on the 2nd floor of the PLC and will also be available for consultation at the Maison de la recherche.
