Information, orientation and professional integration service
SIO-IP, the information, orientation and professional integration service, is dedicated to Inalco students and their future, as well as to the business world. The service has 3 main missions: information and guidance, support for professional integration, and management of internship agreements, as well as receiving and distributing the offers of work placements we receive.
Individual interviews and group workshops are organized throughout the year (help with building a professional project, help with writing CVs and cover letters, coaching to prepare for recruitment interviews, remobilizing students...). A daily reception in the 2nd floor hall area is organized to create a regular link with all students.
Events such as the welcome day for new students, the Open Day and, of course, the Professional Forum, are highlights of the year and an opportunity to concretely put into practice the 3 missions of the SIO-IP department.
Finally, speed meetings and round tables enable current students to network with professionals who may or may not have graduated from Inalco.
The objectives of this service are:
- Informing and orienting students
- Accompanying as many students as possible in their orientation and career plans
- Creating stronger links with the professional world, notably with the réseau Inalco alumni.
