Do not wait until the last minute to submit your file. Start now: we will not process any application received late, regardless of the reason (technical problem, illness, etc.).

To best prepare your application, we invite you to consult the documents below:

• Presentation shown during the information meeting
• Brochure listing the partner universities within the Erasmus+ program
• Mobility project form to be completed

As a reminder: an information desk will also be held on Friday, October 3, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in room 5.08. This is not a presentation: it will be a separate time during which you can come and ask more personal questions related to your application, especially if you encounter difficulties while submitting your file.

IMPORTANT : 

• This campaign does not concern first-year undergraduate students (mobility possible from the 2nd year) or students enrolled in professional tracks (mobility possible only in the first semester of the 3rd year).
• Due to a large number of departures this year following a successful first mobility campaign, we cannot guarantee the awarding of an Erasmus+ grant for the second semester of the 2025-2026 academic year. If obtaining an Erasmus+ grant is a non-negotiable condition for your departure, you may also apply in the next campaign (between October and February depending on the departments) for a departure in 2026-2027.
