Opening afternoon: "Water, a resource under high voltage", May 22
Water plays a key role in the development of life on Earth and in climate regulation. If it runs out, if it is in excess or if its quality deteriorates, a whole range of ecosystems and entire populations are threatened. In a context of profound global change, water is becoming an emblematic resource, the source of multiple tensions, which will be addressed by two water specialists.
In connection with the spring school "Water, a resource under high tension?" (May 22-26, 2023), this afternoon will be followed by a visit to the "Regards de Pêches" exhibition at 6:30pm.
