The Conference ContribuLing is co-organized by Inalco, Wikimédia France, Wikimédia Maroc and BULAC, with UNESCO patronage.

The availability of digital resources in languages has an undeniable impact on digitization and processing, both for the creation and acquisition of new data (typing, voice recognition, OCR, site crawling, etc.) and for their processing and associated services (search engines, encyclopedias, language learning, chatbots, etc.).

Faced with this observation, numerous projects have been initiated in recent years to facilitate the contribution and sharing of language resources. There are many platforms for the direct collection of linguistic data, such as oral or written corpora, dictionaries and lexicons, grammars, etc. Currently, one of the challenges is to enable everyone to contribute effectively to these platforms.

The aim of this event is to offer language platform managers the opportunity to present their tools and organize a workshop for potential contributors.
