Call for contribution in the first AI Negotiation Forum
Inalco and the DÉCRIPT program join Harvard University, Geneva Graduate Institute, Université de Sherbrooke, Frontline Associates and AI for Good to organize the first AI Negotiation Forum, to be held online on January 10 and 11, 2026.

As artificial intelligence takes on a growing role in multilateral negotiations, we felt it essential to join forces to develop a forward-looking research program on the use of AI in support of negotiation and diplomacy.
This first Forum aims to bring together practitioners and researchers to analyze the risks and limits associated with these uses of AI; to assess its benefits and the collaborative opportunities it creates; and to support the development of curricula and training modules aimed at helping professionals develop a safe, effective and responsible use of AI, with an awareness of its limitations with regard in particular to taking into account contexts and sources disseminated in less endowed languages.
The deadline for submitting participation proposals is November 20, 2025, following the instructions specified in the attached documents and on the event website (https://www.ai-negotiation-challenge.org/explore)
