Logistics department
The Logistics department is a cross-functional service that meets the needs of teaching, research and administrative staff, as well as those of all users, students and the general public, in the areas for which it is responsible.
Missions
- physical and telephone reception
- mail (sending and receiving)
- supply management
- support for the organization of colloquia, study days and meetings held at Inalco.
- the shuttle service between the Pôle des langues et civilisations (PLC) at 65 rue des Grands Moulins and the Maison de la recherche at 2 rue de Lille
- the management of the "assistance portal" in close collaboration with the building's technical management
- the proper administration of our teaching spaces
