Legal and corporate affairs
The Institutional and Legal Affairs Manager provides expertise and advice to the General Services Department, in conjunction with other departments within the company.
Missions:
- organization and follow-up of boards of directors;
- organization of central council and department elections;
- organization of disciplinary sections;
- development of agreements, particularly for copyright issues;
- follow-up of litigation cases;
- role of IT and freedom correspondent.
