Intangible Cultural Heritage Days
The Intangible Cultural Heritage Days celebrate living cultural practices handed down from generation to generation and classified by Unesco, in connection with Inalco's cultural areas.
Through a program of conferences, round tables, documentary screenings and performances, these days aim to introduce the public to the diversity of these cultural practices, a field of study at Inalco.
The first edition of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Days was launched on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, adopted at the 32nd session of the Unesco General Conference.
Each year, Inalco organizes the Intangible Cultural Heritage Days around a theme.
