Committed to continuous improvement, Inalco's Service commun de la Formation continue (SCFC) has received national recognition for the quality of its professional training services.

The FCU service quality certification

The SCFC has obtained the FCU quality certification issued by an independent third party, Bureau Veritas Certification, for a three-year period (2022-2025).

The "FCU Service Certification", recognized by the Conseil National pour l'Emploi et la Formation Professionnelle (CNEFOP), was created by the Formation Continue à l'Université (FCU) network, a network of continuing education establishments and experts wishing to guarantee the quality of its services. This certification is issued by Bureau Veritas Certification after an audit of compliance with the commitments of the standard.

The 6 commitment criteria of the CFU service quality standard

  • Inform, welcome, orientate and accompany a candidate
  • Maintain the link after the service has been provided
  • Rely on competent personnel and high-performance resources
  • Accompany training managers and lecturers within the framework of their services
  • Propose adapted services to partners
  • Continuously improve the service

In line with the commitments, all continuing education courses are evaluated by participants.

Examples:
Saturday morning training courses - 1st semester 2022-23 (88 responses, i.e. over 40% response rate)
90.9% of trainees are satisfied or very satisfied with the teaching quality.
94.3% of trainees are satisfied or very satisfied with the administrative service.
94.3% of trainees are satisfied or very satisfied with the facilities provided.
