Book presentation

An international relations specialist's groundbreaking analysis of the changing geopolitical balance of power.
On February 24, 2022, when Vladimir Putin launched a military operation to invade Ukraine, he was not only violating a country's territorial integrity: at the same time, the Russian president was upsetting the precarious geostrategic balance that had reigned since 1945. Beyond this conflict, which apparently involves only two parties, a world is collapsing. At the same time, another is emerging. Yesterday's giants are entering a phase of transformation, while the war in Ukraine is demonstrating how essential the resilience of societies is to their protection.
Drawing on his experience, General Trinquand offers in this book a precise political and military analysis of this world to come, in which the perils to be overcome and the challenges to be met will be numerous. An essential insight for a full understanding of geostrategic movements and new balances of power.
